1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ohio Wraps website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"). If you do not agree with any of these T&C, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services & Quotations

• All services—including vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, window tinting, paint protection film, signage, decals, etc.—are provided at the discretion and approval of Ohio Wraps.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. After that, pricing may change.
   

3. Deposits & Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit or complete material cost (whichever is higher) is required before any design work, ordering, or scheduling begins.

• The remaining balance is due before or upon completion of the work.
   

4. Vehicle Condition & Preparation

• Vehicles must be delivered on time, clean, washed, dried, and ready for installation.

• Additional cleaning or prep needed will incur extra fees.
   

5. Artwork, Design Approval & Corrections

• Customers are responsible for submitting accurate artwork. Any mistakes—such as typos or color mismatches—are the customer's responsibility.

• A final proof will be provided and must be approved before production proceeds. Corrections made after production may incur additional costs.
   

6. Cancellations & Scheduling Changes

• Cancellations or rescheduling within 3 business days prior to the appointment may incur a cancellation or downtime fee.

• If materials have already been ordered or prepared, cost recovery may apply.
   

7. Delivery & Storage

• Customers are responsible for picking up their vehicles upon completion. Storage fees may apply for delays—commonly around $25–$35 per day.
   

8. Refunds & Replacements

• All services and products are customized and final—no refunds once production starts.

• Claims or disputes must be communicated in writing within 10 days of delivery.
   

9. Warranties & Limitations

• Ohio Wraps is not the manufacturer of materials; any manufacturer's warranties apply separately.

• Our warranty covers installation faults, not damage or wear due to external causes, such as poor vehicle condition, accidents, or neglect.
   

10. Liability & Indemnification

• Ohio Wraps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services or site use.

• Customers agree to indemnify Ohio Wraps from any claims or losses due to their actions, content, or use of services.
   

11. Intellectual Property & Content Use

• Artwork and designs remain the property of the creator unless otherwise agreed.

• Ohio Wraps may use images of completed wraps for marketing (website, social media, etc.) unless explicitly prohibited.
   

12. Mapping & Website Use

• Any content on our website is for informational purposes only; we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service or accuracy.
   

13. Changes to Terms
Ohio Wraps reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes indicates acceptance.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, and any disputes must be pursued in Ohio courts.
